There is a misconception that a man who does not beat you does not love you. This is a LIE, a man who beats you is not showing love but instead that is abuse and should be reported to the police.
Violence include a lot of things, physical, emotional and sexual violence. when a man force you into doing things that you are not comfortable with, or touching you in a way that you do not like, especially when he uses force, that is abuse which women are fighting against. It does not matter that he is your boyfriend, if you do not like what he is doing to you you should tell him to STOP.

In real terms this include rape and sexual assault, systemic, culture based forms of violence and new forms of harassment and based on modern technology. It can also be defined as any conduct, comment, gesture, or contact of a sexual nature that is likely to cause offence or humiliation to any person. That might, on reasonable grounds, be perceived by that person as placing a condition of a sexual nature or an opportunity.
