Sexual performance pills promise to help you last longer during sex. They are easy to find and sold by many street vendors. You’ll have seen them called Oto, Wild Horse, Viamax Coffee and Power One. So what could be so dangerous?

Many these drugs were banned years ago, so buying them is illegal There’s no evidence that they work. And they can make you very sick.

According to the Minister of Health and CHild Care, they can damage your kidney and liver. This damage can be very serious and last a lifetime. Some can even cause breast growth in men!

If you’re having problems performing, always go to a clinic or see a doctor. They will be able to help you find out what’s causing the problem.
