Unfortunately, many girls in their puberty are switching to strict, unscientific slim diet plans, and deprive themselves of essential nutrients. It's true that a good appearance and a fit body are important to you, but keep in mind that proper health and nutrition are much more important and are most likely to result in a fit body. We must remember that puberty is one of the most important periods of life for nutrition, because there is a growth spurt in this period.

Unfortunately, some girls in this crucial period, who must consume all the nutritious food groups, try incorrect weight loss diets. Girls who are on diets that lack dietary diversity and try to maintain their fitness by consuming very little nutrients daily, do not use traditional nutrient-dense foods that include different nutrient groups.
